Dr. Fong has a deep passion and burden in helping the local church thrive. He has over 35 years of combined experiences in the marketplace and church ministry. Prior to his call to fulltime ministry, he worked over 20 years in real estate development and consulting based in Orlando, Florida.  For the last 13 years of that season, he was founder and president of his firm. A strong advocate and believer In civic and community involvement, he has also served as member and chairman in various economic development board and commissions on a municipal and county level.

 

Philip’s church ministry began in 2002. He served in churches ranging from 300 to 3,500 in weekly worship attendance in Florida, Georgia, and Mississippi. His staff pastoral roles included executive pastor, associate pastor of administration and education, and minister of education.
 
He received a Bachelor of Arts in Management from University of Phoenix, a Master of Arts in Christian Education from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Educational Ministry in Leadership from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. 
 
Dr. Fong is a certified church consultant through the Church Consultation University under the leadership and faculty of Dr. Thom Rainer, Dr. Sam Rainer, and Dr. Chuck Lawless. In addition, he has taught at conferences and helped churches as a certified Ministry Multiplier with the state conventions in Florida and Georgia.
 
Philip lives with his wife and two children in Oviedo, Florida. He enjoys spending time with his family, reading, watching movies, and playing golf.
